Cyprus International Trust is tailored for a non-resident settlor and for non-resident beneficiaries. Resident trustee is mandatory. This package includes a resident trustee provided by Fidesta.
Includes the following
Total Package fee including VAT: € 4297.50
The annual administration fees, starting from the second year: € 2050 plus VAT. This includes the provision of Trustee, annual registration fee and annual compliance review and update.
(!) The bank account is not included. We recognize that many clients will prefer to open bank accounts with their own bankers, in geographical proximity to their area of operation. If required, our professional fee for a bank account introduction starts at € 500 plus VAT. A number of selected banks are available in Cyprus or outside Cyprus.

(!) Subject to the complexity involved, the fees for drafting trust deed may be higher than our standard rates. The final costs will be subject to review and approval based on specific requirements and situation. We’re happy to provide a detailed estimate once we have a full understanding of the scope.
Cyprus Domestic (Local) Trust is suitable for Cyprus residents! Local trust requires a resident settlor and resident trustee, Fidesta Trustee services are optional.

LEVELS OF SERVICE
As an absolute minimum, establishment of the Trust includes our time for drafting a standard-form discretionary trust deed, time required for standard compliance work, settling of the trust, registration of the trust with the Cyprus Trust Registry, government Fee for registration of Cyprus Trust, government stamp duty and a provision of local Cyprus Trustee for International Cyprus Trust.

Annual fee for the provision of Trustee and for the provision of trust administration. 0.2% of asset value held at the formation of the trust, calculated on annual bases subject to trust assets held within the trust. Please note that our annual Trustee fee of € 1500 is a minimum fee. The actual fee will depend on the value and composition of the trust assets, the complexity of the trust management (how much we are involved and what we are required to do in order to protect the trust) and also the risk rating of the client and the underlying assets. | From € 1500 |
